For those coming from out of area, or who want to stay nearby after the parties. We know some attendees always register at Rodeway Inn (closest, and lower-cost).

All the hotels below are reported to be Leather/Kink/Fetish and LGBTI friendly. Tell us if you encounter any problems, so we might warn others. Of course be respectful of the vanilla people sharing the facility.

The Holiday Inn on Eighth offers our attendees 5% off their Internet rate. They want you to book the room on the internet, then ask for the discount as you check in. The desk people gave one of our regulars a lot of grief over this.

There are several other hotels within a few blocks’ walking distance, but we don’t have reports on their leather-friendliness. We welcome recommendations of other accommodations that are near us, and leather friendly.

When San Francisco is sold out, some people stay near the SF airport, and drive or BART in. SFO is 12 miles away by US-101, or 30 minutes by BART.

SFCitadel is two blocks from the Civic Center Bart station, and near many transit lines.

Cars / Parking:

Street parking is free on Sunday and evenings in this area.
Please read all street parking signs carefully, e.g. overnight street sweeping. Each block is different.
There was a rash of car break-ins. Don’t leave anything visible or valuable in a vehicle. If in doubt, a safer place to park is the indoor lot at the Holiday Inn, one block away at 50 Eighth St (between Market and Mission).
